  5. Send it back to us using the provided instructions

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or worn

  • Items with missing packaging, parts, or accessories

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events

  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)

💸 Refund Method

Your refund will be issued through the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: Refunded to your bank account

  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa: Refunded to your provided account or wallet in Pakistan

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet (after return is approved)

📦 Exchange Option

In some cases, you may request an exchange instead of a refund — depending on product availability.
